Decision Dynamics™ Assessment

Before you begin

Most leadership assessments measure who you are. This one measures what you decide.

Under pressure — a missed number, a difficult person, a high-stakes conversation — every leader defaults to a pattern. Not because they planned to. Because the pattern is fast, familiar, and feels like the right call in the moment.

The Decision Dynamics™ Assessment identifies which pattern is yours, and which of the five decisions that drive revenue are most and least available to you when the pressure is on.

What you'll discover

Two things. Your dominant Pressure Pattern — the default your leadership reverts to when the stakes are high. And your primary development area — the specific decision that is least available to you under pressure, and that is costing your business more than you may realise.

How to answer

Each question describes a real leadership scenario. Choose the answer that most honestly reflects what you actually do — not what you know you should do, and not what you'd like to believe you do.

There are no correct answers. There are only honest ones. The less honest your answers, the less useful your report.

If you find yourself uncertain between two options, choose the one that describes your first instinct — not your considered response.

Time required: approximately 12-15 minutes.
